16.3 Educational software product. If it is educational software (software manufactured and distributed only by educational end-users), the client is not allowed to use the software unless the client qualifies in his jurisdiction as a final educational user. Customers can disable and uninstall the software from their computer to install and activate it on another computer in accordance with this agreement (“deactivation”) and as described in Deactivation requires an Internet connection. 16.1.3 Nothing included in this Agreement (including Section 4.4) limits any non-revocable right to decompile the Software that may be acquired from the Customer under applicable legislation. For example, if the customer is in the European Union (EU), the customer may, under certain conditions stipulated in the applicable law, have the right to decompile the software if necessary to ensure the software`s interoperability with another software, and the customer first asked Adobe in writing to provide the information necessary to carry out such a feature, and Adobe did not provide this information. In addition, such a decompilation can only be made by the customer or any other person authorized to use a copy of the software on behalf of the client. Adobe has the right to set reasonable conditions before providing such information. Any information provided by Adobe or received by the Customer, as it allows, may only be used by the Customer for the purposes described above and may not be transmitted or used to third parties to create software substantially similar to the expression of the software or used for other acts that violate the copyright of Adobe or its licensees.

1.9 “software” refers (a) to all information by which this contract is provided, including, but not limited to: (i) all software files and other computer information; (ii) any proprietary script logic embedded in file formats exported or used in an online adobe service; (iii) examples of photos, images, sounds, clipart and other artworks shared with Adobe software or provided by Adobe on Adobe`s website for the use of Adobe software, not provided by Adobe via a separate service (unless otherwise stated in this service) or by another party (“Content Files”); (iv) corresponding descriptive written documents and documents (“documentation”); and (v) fonts; and (b) all versions and copies, updates and updates modified, updated and supplemented by this information that is made available to the customer by Adobe at any time, unless this is provided under separate conditions (together ” updates “).
